ShiftSum

Refund policy

Effective 18 October 2026

ShiftSum is run by Dr Omar Kirresh, Jerusalem, Israel. ShiftSum Pro is sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Questions: hello@shiftsum.app.

The short version: the free plan costs nothing. If you pay for Pro and change your mind, ask within 14 days of the payment and you'll get all of it back. Cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of what you've paid for.

1. Changed your mind

Ask within 14 days of a payment for Pro, the first one or a renewal, and you'll get the whole payment back. You don't need to give a reason. Pro ends when the refund is made, and your account carries on with the free plan, with everything you've entered still in it.

2. Cancelling

Cancel any time, in the app or from the link in any email Paddle sends you. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

3. After 14 days

A payment more than 14 days old isn't refunded, unless the law where you live says it must be, or something went wrong on our side (below).

4. If something went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or couldn't use Pro because of a fault on our side that we didn't fix, tell us and we'll refund the payment it affected.

5. How to ask

Ask Paddle at paddle.net, or reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you. You can also write to hello@shiftsum.app from the email address you paid with, and we'll ask Paddle for you.

The money goes back the way you paid. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card.

6. Fair use

If one person asks for refund after refund, we may decline further ones, except where the law says otherwise.

7. Your rights, and which text applies

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live. This policy is written in English. The Hebrew and Arabic texts are translations for your convenience, and the English applies if they differ.
